{"id":53020,"date":"2013-04-22T13:13:53","date_gmt":"2013-04-22T13:13:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/04\/22\/238257\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:04:09","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:04:09","slug":"vtb-capital-acquires-ten-percent-of-bulgarian-corporate-commercial-bank","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/04\/22\/53020\/","title":{"rendered":"VTB capital acquires ten percent of Bulgarian corporate commercial bank"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN April 22, \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> VTB Capital, the investment business of VTB group, the second largest Russian bank, has acquired 9.9% of the capital of Bulgarian lender Corporate Commercial Bank from Dewa International Limited.<\/p>\n<p>The sides have sealed contracts for put and call options for the shares acquired by VTB Capital, to be applied no later than three years after the deal.<\/p>\n<p>Corporate Commercial Bank, CCB, is the fifth largest bank in Bulgaria, listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n<p>Corpbank manages 48% of the monies parked by state-controlled enterprises and 95% of the deposits of the energy holding, which adds up to more than BGN 76 M.
