{"id":53512,"date":"2013-04-30T09:58:07","date_gmt":"2013-04-30T09:58:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/04\/30\/238323\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:04:22","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:04:22","slug":"acba-credit-agricole-bank-gets-status-of-depository-account-operator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/04\/30\/53512\/","title":{"rendered":"ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK gets status of depository account operator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, April 30.\/ARKA\/.<\/strong> ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK is awarded the status of a depository account operator, it reported to ARKA on Tueesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt means from now on the bank will be a broker in recording the register of the Central Depository\u2019s stock companies, and saving the corporate\u00a0 securities of the owners,\u201d the bank said.<br \/>\nThe stock companies, the registers of which were recorded by the Central Depository, can now sign contracts via the bank.<\/p>\n<p>ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK was established in 1996 as a part of European Union\u2019s TACIS program. French Credit Agricole S.A. holds 15.56% of the bank\u2019s shares and SACAM International JSC 12.44%.
