This additional issue of the Company\u2019s stocks comprises 85,100 stocks with nominal value of AMD 5,000, so total number of ARARTBANK\u2019s stocks outstanding in the market is 1,277,501.<\/p>\n<p>ARARATBANK is one of the most active issuers at NASDAQ OMX Armenia. Currently, common nominal stocks of ARARATBANK (ARBK) are admitted to trading at NASDAQ OMX Armenia, while coupon bonds by the Company nominated in AMD (ARBKB4) and nominated in USD (ARBKB5) are listed. Another 3 issues of corporate bonds by the Company were listed at the Exchange in 2007, 2008 and 2009 being successfully redemmed afterwards at their maturity.<\/p>\n<p>In January 2008, Nordic exchange operator OMX Group acquired 100% of the shares of the Armenian Stock Exchange (Armex) and the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA). After the combination of NASDAQ and OMX in February 2008, Armex and CDA became fully owned by the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. On January 26, 2009, \u201cArmenian Stock Exchange\u201d ojsc was officially renamed as \u201cNASDAQ OMX Armenia\u201d ojsc.
