As of late March, card transactions processed via Internet\u00a0 in Armenia valued at 1.7 billion drams, which was 17.5% higher from February, the Central Bank said in its monthly newsletter for March 2013.<\/p>\n<p>The newsletter stated total of 95,264 transactions were processed within the reported month, that was 27.4% higher from a month earlier.<\/p>\n<p>According to the source, the card transactions processed through ATMs, POS-terminals, and some other accepting devices in Armenia amounted to 92.13 billion drams ( plus 36.4%) in March, total of 1,768,028 transactions were made (plus 40.6%).<\/p>\n<p>Total of 1,463,308 transactions were made via ATMs hitting 72.5 billion drams in March.<br \/>\nTransactions via POS-terminals and imprinters accounted to 209,456 and valued at 17.8 billion drams.
