Here is what she said.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;A citizen ofRussiacan use his \/her VISA or MasterCard international plastic cards issued byRussia\u2019s Sberbank to withdraw cash from the ATMs of Armenian banks. The commission size is determined by the card issuing bank.
