As a result, the budget was filled with 9.2 billion drams during the first four month of 2013.<\/p>\n<p>As to why the excise taxes paid by domestic producers dropped, she said the causes can come from various factors. She didn\u2019t confirm the reason was the probable decrease in domestic production of excisable goods.<\/p>\n<p>Excise tax added 49.3 billion drams to\u00a0 the budget in 2012. It was said to be higher by 25.2% from 2011.
