The net amount of remittances to Armenia in April this year stood at $102.4 million, up from $87.8 million in 2012 April.<\/p>\n<p>As usual, the largest portion of remittances from abroad came from Russia -$109.6 million, while the amount of money transfers from Armenia to Russia was $17.6 million.<\/p>\n<p>According to Central Bank data, a total of $436.9 million were remitted to Armenia in the first four months of this year, while the amount of remittances from Armenia to other countries stood at $99 million.
