Osipayn said the dividend for one share is 232.5 drams. Also, he said around 200 million drams of net profit will be channeled into the reserve fund.<\/p>\n<p>Some 74.18% of the bank is owned by Barsegh Beglaryan, the owner of the biggest oil trader Flash, 25% by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the rest by minority shareholders. In 2009 January the bank joined NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange.
