YEREVAN, June 25.\/\u0410RKA\/.<\/strong> Repaired and reequipped Myasnikyan and Ararat branches of VTB Bank (Armenia) were reopened today in Yerevan and Ararat province\u2019s Vedi.<\/p>\n

These already modernized branches now serve clients in optimized mode using up-to-date equipment. The branches interior design is made in conformity with VTB Group\u2019s style.<\/p>\n

There are queue-managing systems in the branches as well as separate zones for servicing clients consuming various products and services. The branches also have zones for individual service of clients. .<\/p>\n

VTB Bank (Armenia) CEO Yuri Gusev was quoted by the bank\u2019s press office as saying at the opening ceremony that the branch network reformation program launched in 2012 continues also this year, and the reopening of other two repaired and reequipped branches will give clients an additional impetus to remain stuck to this high-class bank.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur goal is to remain a reliable financial partner to citizens either in their daily routine and cares, such as payment of bills or money transfers, or in important decisions, such as borrowings for big purchases,\u201d Gusev said.<\/p>\n

Artak Khachatryan, chief of the retail business division of VTB Bank (Armenia), said that the bank has already modernized 31 branches to improve its services.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are modernizing our branches taking into account our clients requirements\u2026 This is not only a repair, but also zoning\u2026\u201d he said adding that the bank intends to complete modernization of all its branches before the end of this year.<\/p>\n

Oleg Aghasyan, a member of the central bank\u2019s board, on his side, said that VTB Bank (Armenia) is reforming its branches in accordance of the modern criteria.<\/p>\n

He also stressed that VTB Bank (Armenia) is one of Armenia\u2019s leader banks.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the recent three years, the bank\u2019s assets grew 33% every year and lending was enlarged by 47%,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

The head of Yerevan\u2019s Kentron District, the mayor of Vedi, city authorities, provincial officials, heads of the bank\u2019s departments, businessmen and representatives of education and culture sectors attended the opening ceremony.<\/p>\n

VTB Bank Armenia joined VTB Group in April 2004. VTB, the second largest bank of Russia, holds 100% of shares of VTB Bank (Armenia). VTB Bank (Armenia) has 67 branches all over Armenia\u2019s territory – the largest branch network in the country.
