{"id":58388,"date":"2013-07-22T10:42:29","date_gmt":"2013-07-22T10:42:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/07\/22\/238957\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:06:02","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:06:02","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-over-101mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/07\/22\/58388\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s Commercial Banks purchase over $101mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, July 22. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased more than $101mln at a weighted average rate of 409.67drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market from July 15 to July 19, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, about 6.5mln euros and over 832.4mln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 534.72drams per \u20ac1 and 12.53drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $113.6mln, about \u20ac12.3mln and about 83.4mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 410.86drams, 538.97drams and 12.69drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (July 8-14) totalled 31.8bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $45.4mln.
