{"id":59044,"date":"2013-07-31T13:01:30","date_gmt":"2013-07-31T13:01:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/07\/31\/239017\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:06:11","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:06:11","slug":"armenias-monetary-base-fell-by-7-8-to-659-2bln-drams-in-june","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/07\/31\/59044\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s monetary base fell by 7.8% to 659.2bln drams in June"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, July 31. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenia\u2019s monetary base dropped by 7.8% to about 659.2 billion drams in June against May, ArmStat reported based on the information from the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA).<\/p>\n<p>Cash outside the CBA exceeded 404.2 billion drams by the end of June, as compared to over 404.3 billion drams in May.<\/p>\n<p>Mandatory reserves in drams were over 147.6 billion drams as compared to over 190.1 bln at the end of May; those in foreign currency amounted to over 104.5 billion drams against over 116.3bln drams at the end of May.<\/p>\n<p>Net international reserves (without privatization funds) totaled about 369.9 billion drams as of the end of June, a 7.4% reduction from May.<\/p>\n<p>Net internal assets exceeded 289.2 billion drams in the reporting period compared to over 315.3 billion drams as of the end of May.
