{"id":60765,"date":"2013-08-30T14:37:07","date_gmt":"2013-08-30T14:37:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/08\/30\/239237\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:06:44","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:06:44","slug":"finance-ministry-armenias-seven-month-budget-performed-with-amd-51-billion-surplus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/08\/30\/60765\/","title":{"rendered":"Finance ministry: Armenia\u2019s seven-month budget performed with AMD 51 billion surplus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, August 30. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian government has performed the Jan-July part of the 2013 budget with AMD 51.1 billion surplus, the press office of the finance ministry reports.<\/p>\n<p>Surplus for the third quarter was projected at AMD 12.4 billion in the budget, but the larger-that-projected revenue enlarged the surplus by AMD 9.6 billion against AMD 37.4 billion spending projected in the budget.<\/p>\n<p>The Jan-July revenue amounts to AMD 604.6 billion \u2013 19.6% year-on-year growth.<\/p>\n<p>The budget received over AMD 570.2 billion in Jan-July 2013 as taxes and customs duties \u2013 19.6% year-on-year growth, which was mainly ensured by VAT, customs duties and payments for nature management and protection.<\/p>\n<p>The budget spending amounted to AMD 553.4 billion in Jan-July 2013 \u2013 7.1% more than at the same period a year before. The growth is mostly due to increase in current expenses.<\/p>\n<p>In the 2013 government budget, revenue is projected at AMD 1 trillion 32.7 billion and spending at AMD 1 trillion 152.5 billion. Tax and customs duty revenue is projected at AMD 993.08 billion and deficit at AMD 119.7 billion or 2.6% of GDP.<\/p>\n<p>The deficit is planned to be filled by net income from internal and external sources &#8211; AMD 55.1 billion and AMD 64.6 billion respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Inflation is projected at 4\u00b11.5% and GDP growth at 6.2%.
