{"id":6111,"date":"2009-12-29T12:01:35","date_gmt":"2009-12-29T12:01:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2009\/12\/29\/230403\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T12:45:48","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T12:45:48","slug":"economic-decline-in-armenia-by-the-results-of-2009-will-be-15-ministry-of-finance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2009\/12\/29\/6111\/","title":{"rendered":"Economic decline in Armenia by the results of 2009 will be 15% &#8211; Ministry of Finance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, December 29. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> \u201cBy the results of 2009, 15% economic decline was registered in Armenia\u201d, said Tigran Davtyan, Minister of Finance of Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDuring 11 months the rates of decline were reduced up to 18% to 16%\u201d, said Davtyan during the press-conference on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Till the end of the year some indicators will increase. \u201cMainly the volumes of retail trade will increase which is conditioned by disclosure of \u201cshadow\u201d economy and application of mechanism of control-cash devices\u201d, he said.<\/p>\n<p>The State invested about 3.5 billion drams for introduction of the system of control-cash devices and payment of bonuses.
