Loans in foreign currency dropped by 8.2% in the reporting period and amounted to a total of over 42.5 billion drams as of the end of July.<\/p>\n<p>Interbank loans in drams reduced by 87.5% to about 1.8 billion drams in July compared to June.<br \/>\nThere were 21 commercial banks registered in Armenia as of July 2013.
