{"id":62093,"date":"2013-09-23T08:27:23","date_gmt":"2013-09-23T08:27:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/09\/23\/239385\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:07:04","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:07:04","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-over-75-8mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/09\/23\/62093\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase over $75.8mln at intra-banking Forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, September 23. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased more than $75.8mln at a weighted average rate of 407.61drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on September 17-20, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, about 8.7mln euros and over 948.7mln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 546.06drams per \u20ac1 and 12.59drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $78.4mln, about \u20ac8.6mln and about 98.9mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 409drams, 548.10drams and 12.73drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (September 9-15) totalled 34.3bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $32.7mln.
