{"id":62733,"date":"2013-09-30T07:17:42","date_gmt":"2013-09-30T07:17:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/09\/30\/239433\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:07:14","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:07:14","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-over-120-8mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/09\/30\/62733\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s Commercial Banks purchase over $120.8mln at intra-banking Forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, September 30. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased more than $120.8mln at a weighted average rate of 404.86 drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on September 23-28, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, about 9.6mln euros and over 989.6mln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 545.99drams per \u20ac1 and 12.56drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $126.5 mln, about \u20ac13.2 mln and about 114.4 mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 406.49drams, 549.94drams and 12.73drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (September 16-22) totalled 33.4bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $38.8mln.
