{"id":62926,"date":"2013-10-01T18:54:44","date_gmt":"2013-10-01T18:54:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/10\/01\/239455\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:07:18","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:07:18","slug":"armenia-based-procredit-bank-adds-amd-2-5-billion-to-its-authorized-capital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/10\/01\/62926\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia-based Procredit Bank adds AMD 2.5 billion to its authorized capital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, October 1. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenia-based ProCredit Bank has built up its authorized capital by AMD 2.5 billion.<\/p>\n<p>According to the information posted at the bank\u2019s website, ProCredit Holding, the bank\u2019s biggest shareholder whose share is 79.51% now, took part in the capital replenishment.<\/p>\n<p>Shares of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and German\u2019s KfW are 10.83% and 9.66% respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Putting on record the ProCredit Bank\u2019s fast growth in SME lending, its shareholders will continue contributing to the bank\u2019s sustainable development, the reports says.<\/p>\n<p>ProCredit Bank Executive Director Asmus Rotne was quoted at the website as saying that the bank\u2019s latest achievement showed its clients\u2019 appreciation of the bank-provided just, transparent and professional services.
