{"id":63682,"date":"2013-10-14T08:55:40","date_gmt":"2013-10-14T08:55:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/10\/14\/239537\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:07:33","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:07:33","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-over-70-4-mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/10\/14\/63682\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s Commercial Banks purchase over $70.4 mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, October 14. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased more than $70.4mln at a weighted average rate of 405.67drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on October 7-11, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, about 5.3mln euros and over 836.4mln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 548.90drams per \u20ac1 and 12.49drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $90.8mln, about \u20ac11.5mln and about 100.3mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 407.04drams, 552.58drams and 12.67drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (September 30 \u2013 October 6) totalled 34.8bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $55.3mln.
