HSBC Bank Armenia said in a press release its nominal bonds were redeemed January 13. The nominal price of a bond was 100,000 Drams, maturity period was 365 days and annual interest rate-9%. The bonds were placed under coupon code AMHSBCB11ER8 and ticker symbol HSBCB1. The nominal cost and accumulated interests (1.090 billion Drams) were transferred on depositors\u2019 accounts on January 14.<\/p>\n<p>HSBC Bank Armenia is a subsidiary HSBC Bank plc, which owns 70% in it: 30 % are owned by Armenian Diaspora investors. HSBC bank Armenia joined NASDAQ OMX Armenia in 2009 January.<\/p>\n<p>The bank has 7 branches in Yerevan.
