{"id":65264,"date":"2013-11-06T11:20:12","date_gmt":"2013-11-06T11:20:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/11\/06\/239682\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:08:02","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:08:02","slug":"armenia-posted-3-2-inflation-in-january-september-against-average-3-5-across-cis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/11\/06\/65264\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia posted 3.2% inflation in January-September against average 3.5% across CIS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, November 6. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Inflation was 3.2% in Armenia in January-September from a year earlier, as compared to an average of 3.5% in the CIS in the period, the CIS Statistical Committee reported.<\/p>\n<p>Armenia had the second highest inflation rates in the CIS, staying behind Belarus which posted 10-percent inflation in the period.<\/p>\n<p>Azerbaijan reported 2.7-percent inflation, Russia \u20132.4%, Kazakhstan \u20132.2%, Tajikistan \u20131.4%, Kyrgyzstan \u20131.1% and Ukraine \u20130.1%.<\/p>\n<p>Inflation levels in other CIS countries in the period were as follows: Russia 4.7%, Kazakhstan 3.3%, Tajikistan 2.8%, Moldova 2.3%, Kyrgyzstan 1.6% and Azerbaijan 0.2%.<\/p>\n<p>Only semi-annual data were provided for Turkmenistan that recorded a 1.7% deflation. Ukraine posted 0.6% deflation.
