A deputy finance minister Atom Janjugazian said today the government has approved a new procedure designed to increase supervision over the spending of off-budget funds by government ministries and agencies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cActually the so-called off-budget funds are part of the total budget. Their turnover is reflected in the government\u2019s performance report,\u2019 he said, drawing attention to the fact that there were different procedures about how these funds can be spent.
