{"id":66616,"date":"2013-11-25T12:47:00","date_gmt":"2013-11-25T12:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/11\/25\/239826\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:08:28","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:08:28","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-over-97-4mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/11\/25\/66616\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase over $97.4mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, November 25. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased more than $97.4mln at a weighted average rate of 404.25 drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on November 18 \u2013 22, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, about 8.9mln euros and over 824.3mln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 543.55drams per \u20ac1 and 12.26drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $103.2mln, about \u20ac12.5 mln and about 96.5 mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 405.35drams, 547.49drams and 12.43drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (November 11-17) totalled 36.9bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $55.1mln.
