{"id":66767,"date":"2013-11-28T08:54:47","date_gmt":"2013-11-28T08:54:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/11\/28\/239840\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:08:30","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:08:30","slug":"armenian-banks-spending-on-training-at-231-4mln-drams-in-q3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/11\/28\/66767\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian banks\u2019 spending on training at 231.4mln drams in Q3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, November 28. \/ARKA\/.\u00a0<\/strong> Training expenditures of Armenia\u2019s commercial banks amounted to a total of 231.4 million drams as of the end of September, an increase of 2.25% compared to the year before, according to the banks\u2019 quarterly reports for Q3.<\/p>\n<p>Five banks have not reported any information on training for the quarter (as compared to four banks the year before).<\/p>\n<p>An analysis by ARKA showed ProCredit bank is the leader in training expenses, with a total of 135.46 million drams spent over nine months, a 24.46% increase against the same period of 2012. ProCredit bank accounted for 58.5% of the overall training expenditures of all banks.<\/p>\n<p>HSBC Bank Armenia comes second with 37.7 million drams (34.2% increase).<br \/>\nArdshininvestbank is the third with 22.6 million drams spend on training over nine months (6.5% reduction from the same period of 2012).<\/p>\n<p>There are currently 21 commercial banks with 481 branches in Armenia.
