This amount was 10.5 percent down compared to the start of the year.<\/p>\n<p>SDR liabilities were said to have grown to $135.4 million from $135.2 million at the end of 2012.<br \/>\nThe amount of other loans increased by 9.2% to $144 million, while other liabilities surged by almost 67 percent to $500,000.
