It said this amount represented a 42.6 % increase compared with the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n<p>According to Central Bank data, the bulk of all transactions \u2013about 93 percent- were repo agreements, which amounted to 33.1 billion drams, an increase of 77.7 percent compared to the beginning of the year.<\/p>\n<p>Transactions with equity securities in October amounted to 400,000 drams, transaction with corporate bonds to 231.8 million drams and transactions with government bonds to 2.457.4 billion drams.<\/p>\n<p>The volume of transactions made by banks, which provide also investment services, amounted to 537.7 billion drams, by 13.6 percent more from the beginning of the year.
