{"id":68288,"date":"2013-12-18T17:10:08","date_gmt":"2013-12-18T17:10:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2013\/12\/18\/239985\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:08:57","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:08:57","slug":"e10-million-loan-agreement-signed-in-paris-to-support-socially-vulnerable-people-in-armenia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2013\/12\/18\/68288\/","title":{"rendered":"\u20ac10-million loan agreement signed in Paris to support socially vulnerable people in Armenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, December 18. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenia\u2019s National Mortgage Company signed yesterday a 10 million Euro loan agreement with Agence Fran\u00e7aise de D\u00e9veloppement (French Agency for Development &#8211; AFD), the Armenian foreign ministry\u2019s press office reports.<\/p>\n<p>The money will be used to offer micro-loans to socially vulnerable individuals in Armenia for home repairs and to raise the level of energy savings.<\/p>\n<p>Representatives of France\u2019s foreign ministry and Armenia\u2019s embassy in France were present at the signing ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>The AFD is a public development finance institution that has been working to fight poverty and foster economic growth in developing countries and the French Overseas Provinces for seventy years.<br \/>\nThe National Mortgage Company is a refinancing organization, which was registered and licensed by the Central Bank of Armenia on October 19, 2011.
