Some 95.8 % or 2.17 billion drams of that amount were direct taxes.<\/p>\n<p>This amount made only 0.34 % of the total taxes paid during the period by 1000 largest taxpayers.<\/p>\n<p>The three largest insurance companies in terms of paid taxes were Rosgosstrakh \u2013Armenia &#8211; 651.5 million drams, Ingo -Armenia -456.75 million drams and Reso &#8211; 405.3 million drams. They were followed by Armenia Insurance (233.7 million drams) , Sil Insurance (187.6 million drams ) , Nairi Insurance (178.6 million drams) and Garant Insurance (151.4 million drams).<\/p>\n<p>In general, the 1000 largest taxpayers paid 665 billion drams in various taxes in the fourth quarter of 2013, up from 558.5 billion drams paid in the last quarter of 2012.
