{"id":70243,"date":"2014-02-03T09:36:47","date_gmt":"2014-02-03T09:36:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/02\/03\/240165\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:09:30","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:09:30","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-over-101-6-mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/02\/03\/70243\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase over $101.6 mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, February 3. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased more than $101.6mln at a weighted average rate of 407.96drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on January 29 \u2013 February 1, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, about 4.8mln euros and over 585mln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 554.53drams per \u20ac1 and 11.59drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $132.2mln, about \u20ac12.3mln and about 95.3mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 408.93drams, 557.93drams and 11.76drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (January 20-26) totalled 50.3bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $30.5mln.
