The winner of this title was Stepan Minasyan, the company\u2019s executive director.<\/p>\n<p>Financial Ombudswoman Piruz Sargsyan said that in choosing best partner, her office takes into account some criteria, such as degree of cooperation in considering claims and the number of matters settled amicably.<\/p>\n<p>Rosgosstrakh Armenia insurance CJSC was established in May 2008. This is one of Russian ROSGOSSTRAKH Group\u2019s companies. Its authorized capital amounts to AMD 3.44 billion ($8.3 million).
