At that liabilities in SDR stood at $135.5 million versus $135.2 million at the end of 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Other loans increased from the beginning of the year by 9.2% to $143.9 million, while some other liabilities jumped by 33.3 percent to $200,000, the Central Bank said..
