{"id":72303,"date":"2014-03-03T10:42:53","date_gmt":"2014-03-03T10:42:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/03\/03\/240375\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:10:09","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:10:09","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-about-91-4-mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/03\/03\/72303\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase about $91.4 mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, March 3. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased about $91.4mln at a weighted average rate of 412.15drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on February 24-28, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, about 7.5mln euros and over 677.7mln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 564.91 drams per \u20ac1 and 11.44drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $111.7mln, over \u20ac9.7mln and over 120.6mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 413.29drams, 568.30drams and 11.60drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (February 17-23) totalled 37.7bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $37.3mln.
