{"id":73369,"date":"2014-03-24T07:53:22","date_gmt":"2014-03-24T07:53:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/03\/24\/240495\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:10:30","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:10:30","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-about-93-1-mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/03\/24\/73369\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase about $93.1 mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, March 24. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased about $93.1mln at a weighted average rate of 414.28drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on March 17-21, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, over 5.7mln euros and about 630.2mln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 573.88 drams per \u20ac1 and 11.30 drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, over $110.2mln, about \u20ac10.2mln and 125.8mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 415.47drams, 577.20drams and 11.48drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (March 10-16) totalled 39.7bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $50mln.
