The regulator said it did not make currency interventions in the previous week.<\/p>\n<p>The regulator has been making periodic currency market interventions from the start of the year, having sold $137 million and having bought $7.75 million.<\/p>\n<p>The average exchange rate of the U.S. dollar against the Armenian national currency, the dram, has risen by 2% from the beginning of the year, the Central bank said.
