{"id":75022,"date":"2014-04-23T12:04:12","date_gmt":"2014-04-23T12:04:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/04\/23\/240708\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:11:11","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:11:11","slug":"armenian-eurobond-transactions-in-secondary-market-amounted-to-7-9-million-in-february","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/04\/23\/75022\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenian eurobond transactions in secondary market amounted to $7.9 million in February"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, April 23. \/ ARKA \/.<\/strong> Armenian Eurobond transactions in the secondary market amounted to $7.9 million in February compared to $10.27 million in January, according to the monthly bulletin of the Central Bank of Armenia for February 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The yield on Armenian Eurobonds in February was 5.76 %, it said.<\/p>\n<p>Armenian Eurobonds were sold on international markets on September 19 at a relatively high yield of at least 6 percent, reflecting Armenia\u2019s \u201cjunk\u201d credit ratings assigned by agencies like Moody\u2019s and Fitch netting for the government $700 million.<\/p>\n<p>The underwriters were Deutsche Bank AG, HSBC Bank plc and JPMorgan Securities plc.<\/p>\n<p>On January 31 Armenian Eurobonds were listed and admitted to trading at NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Central Bank, Armenian Eurobond transactions in January- February 2014 in the secondary market raised $18.17 million. The average yield was 5.79 %.
