{"id":75587,"date":"2014-05-12T10:30:23","date_gmt":"2014-05-12T10:30:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/05\/12\/240800\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:11:25","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:11:25","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-about-148-8-mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/05\/12\/75587\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase about $148.8 mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, May 12. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased about $148.8mln at a weighted average rate of 412.8drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on April 28 \u2013 May 8, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, about 12.8mln euros and about 1.2bln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 571.11 drams per \u20ac1 and 11.49 drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $169.2mln, about \u20ac18.25mln and 194.7mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 413.91drams, 575.1drams and 11.65drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (April 21 \u2013 May 4) totalled 64bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $83.4mln.
