{"id":75814,"date":"2014-05-19T10:45:30","date_gmt":"2014-05-19T10:45:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/05\/19\/240818\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:11:28","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:11:28","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-about-115-3-mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/05\/19\/75814\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase about $115.3 mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, May 19. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased about $115.3mln at a weighted average rate of 413.07drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on May 12-16, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, about 5.9mln euros and 852.7mln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 566.9 drams per \u20ac1 and 11.75 drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $109.4mln, about \u20ac16.6mln and 134.2mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 414.11drams, 570.87drams and 11.91drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (May 5-11) totalled 35.3bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $35.2mln.
