Rakishev would acquire 46.5% shares of JSC BTA Bank (Kazakhstan) each from the National Welfare Fund Samruk Kazyna.<\/p>\n<p>The Board of the National Bank of Kazakhstan adopted a resolution number 73 on May 6, 2014 \u2018On Giving Permission to Kazkommertsbank to acquire the status of JSC BTA Bank Holding, says a statement posted on the website of the National Bank of Kazakhstan on May 21, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>According to the law of the Republic of Armenia &#8220;On Banks and Banking Activity&#8221; and the Charter of BTA Bank, the general meeting of shareholders is the supreme body of the Bank.<\/p>\n<p>The general meeting of shareholders of JSC BTA Bank will be held on June 12, 2014.
