The construction company is D&amp;H Group. The project is scheduled for completion in 2016,&#8221; the bank said in a press release.<\/p>\n<p>Bank VTB (Armenia) CEO Yuri Gusev was quoted as saying that the construction of the new guest complex will create new jobs during the construction and during the complex\u2019s operation.<\/p>\n<p>D&amp;H Group was established in 2007 to implement Dalma Plaza project. In 2013 the company was acquired by a group of companies Logicon.<\/p>\n<p>VTB Bank (Armenia) is owned fully by Russian VTB Bank.
