{"id":77018,"date":"2014-06-23T10:02:17","date_gmt":"2014-06-23T10:02:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/06\/23\/241010\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:12:04","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:12:04","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-about-96-35-mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/06\/23\/77018\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase about $96.35 mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, June 23. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased about $96.35mln at a weighted average rate of 410.19drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on June 16- 20, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, over 5.8mln euros and 887.05mln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 555.15 drams per \u20ac1 and 11.78 drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $106.5mln, about \u20ac12.5mln and over 145.7mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 411.19drams, 558.92drams and 11.98drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (June 9-15) totalled about 36bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $35.5mln.
