{"id":77183,"date":"2014-06-27T09:44:57","date_gmt":"2014-06-27T09:44:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/06\/27\/241048\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:12:10","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:12:10","slug":"eighth-issue-bonds-of-araratbank-listed-on-nasdaq-omx-armenia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/06\/27\/77183\/","title":{"rendered":"Eighth-issue bonds of Araratbank listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, June 27. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> The eighth-issue denominated coupon bonds of Araratbank worth $1 million were listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia on Thursday and were included on the Bbond list, the stock exchange press office reported.<\/p>\n<p>Immediately after being listed the bonds will be allowed for direct trade and REPO.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, 40,000 non-documentary coupon bonds with nominal value of $25, annual yield of 8% and maturity of 4 years will be assigned abbreviation ARBKB8.<\/p>\n<p>Araratbank is an active issuer in NASDAQ OMX Armenia, says the report.<\/p>\n<p>There are currently Araratbank\u2019s denominated stocks (ARBK), as well as two issues of dollar denominated coupon bonds of the bank (ARBKB5, ARBKB6) and denominated coupon bonds in drams (ARBKB7) in circulation on NASDAQ OMX Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>Another four issues of Araratbank\u2019s bonds were listed on NASDAQ OMX Armenia in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011 and were redeemed successfully.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from this, Araratbank was named as the best by NASDAQ OMX Armenia in three nominations \u2013 best stock exchange member in government bond market, best stock exchange member on loan resources market, best stock exchange member in 2012 and best sock exchange member in 2013.<\/p>\n<p>ASDAQ OMX Armenia (former Armenian Stock Exchange, Armex), was established in 2001 as a voluntary merger of 21 broker (dealer) companies. In November 2007 the stock exchange was reorganized into OJSC. OMX (current NASDAQ OMX) is a holder of 100% stock of NASDAQ OMX Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>The stock exchange obtained 100% stock of Armenia\u2019s Central Depository. NASDAQ OMX Armenia received a trade license from CBA on November 7, 2005. The trades on the stock exchange were officially launched on 15 November 2005.
