Replenishment and loan payments can be made online through TelCell from 09:00 to 19:00 on business days and from 09:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays. Transactions effected at other times will be carried out at 09:00 on the next banking day<\/p>\n<p>VTB Bank (Armenia) is owned fully by Russian VTB Bank.
