YEREVAN, July 11. \/ARKA\/. Loan investments by Armenia\u2019s credit organizations rose to 150.1 billion drams (without accrued interest) by the end of May, an increase of 1.3% compared to April, according to the monthly news report of the Central Bank.<\/p>\n
Loans to Armenian residents amounted to about 150 billion drams as of May.<\/p>\n
Lending to households climbed by 1.9% to 114.2 billion drams as of May compared to April. It is said to account for 76.1% in total lending. Loans in AMD to households stood at 80.9 billion, and in foreign currency \u201333.3 billion drams.<\/p>\n
Lending to enterprises was nearly 33.25 billion drams as of the end of May, against 33.5 billion drams in April (0.8% down). It is said to account for 22.15% in total lending. Loans in AMD valued at 13.15 billion drams whereas those in foreign currency \u201312.3 billion drams.<\/p>\n
