{"id":78820,"date":"2014-08-25T09:21:45","date_gmt":"2014-08-25T09:21:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/08\/25\/241329\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:13:04","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:13:04","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-about-83-1-mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/08\/25\/78820\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase about $83.1 mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, August 25. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased about $83.1mln at a weighted average rate of 407.46drams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on August 19-23, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, over 6mln euros and about 1.1bln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 541.14 drams per \u20ac1 and 11.2 drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $114.4mln, \u20ac13.5mln and 124.9mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 408.55drams, 545.11drams and 11.35drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (August 11-17) totalled 32.7bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $52.1mln.
