{"id":79344,"date":"2014-09-09T15:43:10","date_gmt":"2014-09-09T15:43:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/09\/09\/241423\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:13:21","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:13:21","slug":"transactions-totaling-amd-6-8-billion-made-abroad-by-using-armenian-banks-plastic-cards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/09\/09\/79344\/","title":{"rendered":"Transactions totaling AMD 6.8 billion made abroad by using Armenian banks\u2019 plastic cards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, September 9. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Some 132,700 transactions were made by using Armenian commercial banks\u2019 plastic cards outside of the country in July 2014 (about 12.9% month-on-month growth), the Central Bank of Armenia says in a fresh issue of its monthly bulletin.<\/p>\n<p>These transactions totaled AMD 6.8 billion \u2013 a 17.3% month-on-month growth.<\/p>\n<p>Non-cash transactions amounted to over AMD 4.9 billion &#8211; 27% more than in June 2014.<\/p>\n<p>According to the report, AMD 1.87 billion was withdrawn in July 2014 abroad by using Armenian banks\u2019 plastic cards \u2013 2.4% less than in June 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Twenty one commercial banks operating in Armenia\u2019s territory provided and served plastic cards in late July 2014. Of them, 19 are participants of ArCa payment system.
