{"id":79489,"date":"2014-09-16T09:36:42","date_gmt":"2014-09-16T09:36:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/09\/16\/241445\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:13:25","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:13:25","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-about-89-5-mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/09\/16\/79489\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase about $89.5 mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, September 16. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased about $89.5mln at a weighted average rate of 48.88rams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on September 8 to 12, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, 10.1 mln euros and about 1 bln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 527.61 drams per \u20ac1 and 10.92 drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $99.5mln, about \u20ac13.8mln and 106.5mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 409.95drams, 531.04drams and 11.08drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (September 1-8) totaled about 33.6bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $34.6mln.
