{"id":79869,"date":"2014-09-29T12:36:20","date_gmt":"2014-09-29T12:36:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/09\/29\/241512\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:13:38","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:13:38","slug":"armenias-commercial-banks-purchase-about-116-7-mln-at-intra-banking-forex-market-last-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/09\/29\/79869\/","title":{"rendered":"Armenia\u2019s commercial banks purchase about $116.7 mln at intra-banking forex market last week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, September 29. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> Armenian commercial banks purchased about $116.7mln at a weighted average rate of 406.85rams per $1 in intra-banking foreign exchange market on September 22 to 27, the press service of the Central Bank reported.<\/p>\n<p>In the same period, 7.5 mln euros and about 1.1 bln rubles were purchased on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 520.37 drams per \u20ac1 and 10.47 drams per ruble respectively.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, about $119.3mln, about \u20ac22.2mln and 159.4mln rubles were sold on the intra-banking forex market at weighted average exchange rates of 407.87drams, 523.28drams and 10.64drams respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Dram loans extended by Armenian banks during the week before (September 15-21) totaled about 31 bln drams; dollar loans amounted to a total of $51.6mln.
