{"id":79915,"date":"2014-09-30T08:40:24","date_gmt":"2014-09-30T08:40:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/09\/30\/241524\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:13:41","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:13:41","slug":"acba-credit-agricole-bank-launches-become-a-partner-offer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/09\/30\/79915\/","title":{"rendered":"ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK launches \u201cBecome a Partner\u201d offer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, September 30. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK has created a new sub-brand, \u201cACBA Business Partner\u201d, after a comprehensive market study, the bank\u2019s press office reported.<\/p>\n<p>The new offer aims at consolidating all banking products for legal entity clients and at finding individual and comprehensive solutions to meet their needs, says the report.<\/p>\n<p>The bank suggests its small and medium-sized enterprise clients taking the advantage of \u201cBecome a Partner\u201d offer under the sub-brand of \u201cACBA Business Partner\u201d from September 28 till December 12.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you transfer your loan to ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK by December 12, you will get a new business loan at a rate that is by 30% lower than the minimum rate for the current loan, for the first year and at a 3% lower rate for each subsequent year\u201d, the report says.<\/p>\n<p>The decision about loan extension will be made within an hour if the loan request does not exceed 14 million drams.<\/p>\n<p>ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK will undertake all loan security expenditures while transferring the client\u2019s loan from another bank.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from this, in case when a business loan is transferred, the client will get an export-import creditline at an annual rate of 8.99% and an ARCA Business (customs card) for free. These customers will be able to use ACBA-Only for free for one year and get a Visa Business card an account opened for free.<\/p>\n<p>The client will also have his own consultant in the bank for better quality of the service.<\/p>\n<p>CJSC ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK (formerly the Agricultural Cooperative Bank of Armenia, ACBA) was established in 1995 as part of the EU TACIS program. In September 2006, the French banking group Credit Agricole became its largest shareholder.<\/p>\n<p>The bank\u2019s assets on July1, 2014 amounted to 273 billion drams (2.2% increase from the beginning of the year); liabilities were 219.2bln drams (2.66% increase) and capital was 53.8bln drams (0.5% decrease). The bank has 276,000 customers today and runs 49+ branch offices.
