{"id":80177,"date":"2014-10-07T13:57:16","date_gmt":"2014-10-07T13:57:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/10\/07\/241576\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:13:50","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:13:50","slug":"anelik-bank-awarded-iso-9001-2008-quality-management-system-international-certification","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/10\/07\/80177\/","title":{"rendered":"Anelik Bank awarded ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system international certification"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, October 7. \/ ARKA \/.<\/strong> Armenia-based Anelik Bank was awarded ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system international certification by German auditing firm TUV Rheinland, the press service of the bank said today.<\/p>\n<p>TUV Rheinland was said to have studied the compliance of processes of all branches of the bank with its internal legal acts with the focus on the work to improve the quality of services.<\/p>\n<p>The chairman of the bank\u2019s board Nerses Karamanukian was quoted as saying that the bank\u2019s policy is aimed at the dynamic improvement of service quality.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe realize that it can be achieved by providing services that meet the needs of our customers. This certificate proves that the bank has managed to achieve a world-class quality management, which should be constantly and consistently improved,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>TUV Rheinland has more than 100 years of history and works in about 60 countries around the world.<\/p>\n<p>Anelik Bank was founded in 1990. In July 2009 Credit Bank S.A.L., one of Lebanon\u2019s largest banks, bought 51% of Anelik Bank\u2019s shares to become its major shareholder. In 2012, its share in Anelik Bank grew further to 89.95%, and in 2013, it became its sole shareholder.<\/p>\n<p>As of June 30 the bank&#8217;s assets amounted to 69.2 billion drams, the liabilities stood at 56.9 billion drams, the capital \u2013 at 13.3 billion drams and its credit investments \u2013 at 47 billion drams.
