{"id":80655,"date":"2014-10-22T13:13:05","date_gmt":"2014-10-22T13:13:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/10\/22\/241650\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:14:03","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:14:03","slug":"twelfth-issue-of-corporate-bonds-by-national-mortgage-company-listed-at-nasdaq-armenia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/10\/22\/80655\/","title":{"rendered":"Twelfth issue of corporate bonds by national mortgage company listed at Nasdaq Armenia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, October 22. \/ARKA\/.<\/strong> On October 22, 2014 the twelfth issue of corporate bonds by \u201cNational Mortgage Company\u201d Refinancing Credit Organization CJSC (NMC RCO) listed at Nasdaq Armenia on the main Abond list, the press office of the stock exchange reported today.<\/p>\n<p>According to the press release, the Company\u2019s bonds comprising of 100,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of AMD 10,000, coupon yield of 10%, maturity period of 3 years will be traded under NMCCB2C ticker symbol and allowed to manual and REPO trading as well.<\/p>\n<p>On October 7, 2014 placement of this issue of corporate bonds by NMC RCO took place at Nasdaq Armenia. Purchase orders for a total of AMD 2,390,393,431.5 were placed for the Company&#8217;s bonds, as a result of which the bonds were fully placed. The Issuer has attracted AMD 1,005,155,561.5 from placement. Cut price of the bonds was AMD 10,020.33, weighted average yield was 9.7975% and the cut yield stood at 9.92%.<\/p>\n<p>This is the third issue of the Company\u2019s bonds listed on the main Abond list. The other two issues of bonds by NMC are currently admitted to trading and outstanding at Nasdaq Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>National Mortgage Company RCO CJSC was registered in the Central Bank of Armenia by the decision N 1\/1167A of the board of the Central Bank of Armenia dated October 19, 2011 Registration certificate N 26, Activity License N 26). The only shareholder is the Central Bank of Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>In January 2008, Nordic exchange operator OMX Group acquired 100% of the shares of the Armenian Stock Exchange (Armex) and the Central Depository of Armenia (CDA). After the combination of NASDAQ and OMX in February 2008, Armex and CDA became fully owned by the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. On January 26, 2009, \u201cArmenian Stock Exchange\u201d ojsc was officially renamed as \u201cNASDAQ OMX Armenia\u201d ojsc. On June 5, 2009, \u201cNASDAQ OMX Armenia\u201d ojsc became the owner of 100% of the shares of the \u201cCentral Depository of Armenia\u201d ojsc. Starting October 1, 2014 \u201cNASDAQ OMX Armenia\u201d ojsc and \u201cCentral Depository of Armenia\u201d ojsc operate under \u201cNasdaq Armenia\u201d brand.
