{"id":81662,"date":"2014-11-21T21:39:13","date_gmt":"2014-11-21T21:39:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/2014\/11\/21\/241817\/"},"modified":"2024-12-15T13:14:35","modified_gmt":"2024-12-15T13:14:35","slug":"banks-cards-used-outside-country-to-make-7-4-billion-drams-worth-transactions-in-16-6-down-from-august","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/armbanks.am\/en\/2014\/11\/21\/81662\/","title":{"rendered":"Banks\u2019 cards used outside country to make 7.4 billion drams worth transactions in, 16.6% down from August"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>YEREVAN, November 21. \/ ARKA \/.<\/strong> All plastic cards issued by Armenian commercial banks were used outside the country to make 7.4 billion drams worth transactions in 2014 September, 16.6% down from the previous month, according to Central Bank\u2019s September bulletin.<\/p>\n<p>The number of transactions, however, grew by 7.4 percent to 176,900.<\/p>\n<p>The amount of non-cash transactions made by using cards in September dropped by 20.7 percent from August to about 5.4 billion drams.<\/p>\n<p>The plastic cards were used abroad also to withdraw the equivalent of 2.04 billion drams, 3.6 percent less than in August.<\/p>\n<p>All 21 Armenian based commercial banks issue and service various payment cards.
